Paper portraits
DRAWING WITH SCISSORS
I create paper portraits as an ongoing personal project. Some are commissions, others are gifts. There are two types: straight-forward portraits, and diagrams of things describing the person.
The portraits are created freehand, from photographs. I love working with paper—using only form and color allows each sitter’s essence to come through.
